Dwellings Seattle Landlord Impact Group
We are an independent group of rental property owners whose properties were managed by Dwellings Seattle, Inc., a licensed real estate firm in Seattle, Washington.
Beginning in 2026, owners in our group report that rent collected from their tenants was not distributed to them as required by their property management agreements, and that the company became unresponsive to inquiries and written demands.
Members of our group have filed complaints with the Washington State Department of Licensing, the Washington State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and the Seattle Police Department, and are pursuing civil remedies.
